From The Principal

On behalf of the entire Havel Staff, I am happy to welcome you to the 2018-2019 school year! We look forward to working together to help our students meet the challenges they will face as they live and work in the 21st century. The Havel Elementary Staff has been extremely busy this summer, not only with routine procedures, but also preparing for the many new faces we will welcome to our family this year. During the summer we received a kitchen upgrade and a few other small building touch-ups. Needless to say it was a busy summer!

To educate students, promote life long learning and encourage students to become productive citizens within a positive and safe learning environment.
The school will be open for a classroom “sneak peek” from 4:00-5:00 p.m. on August 29th. I hope to see you there, as this will allow students the chance to become acquainted with the school and classrooms so that their first day of the new school year will run smoothly. Our Havel Volunteer League is hosting a Snow Cone Social on this day also.
